GrowthWheel is an internationally recognized and visual tool designed for business mentors that helps business owners make decisions and take action.

GrowthWheel was founded in 2005 by founder David Madié . The starting point was the idea of ​​creating an alternative to the conventional business plan - that is, a better method of assisting decision-making and action planning that takes place in companies every single day.

In 2008, GrowthWheel changed its focus from training business owners to training and certifying business mentors. The visual and simple toolbox  proved to be the perfect tool for business mentors when they meet business owners face to face. 

In 2010, GrowthWheel took over the USA based in New York (GrowthWheel International Inc), and in 2015, GrowthWheel was also based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Today we still have offices  in four countries.  

GrowthWheel has so far certified 4.500 business mentors in Norway, Denmark, USA, Canada and 66 other countries.

Together with the network of GrowthWheels certified business advisors  , we continue the work of finding the best methods to help business owners make decisions and implement measures.
